Ce fut le d\u00e9but d&#8217;une aventure passionnante et l&#8217;occasion de belles r\u00e9unions familiales et amicales.<\/p>\n<p>Il a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&#8217;une r\u00e9novation importante (chauffage aux granul\u00e9s de bois, chambres et salles de bain tout confort&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Situ\u00e9 au Nord de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Or \u00e0 une heure de Dijon, l\u2019environnement du both\"><\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res traces du ch\u00e2teau fort de Mauvilly apparaissent au XII\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. Les fortifications en bois furent remplac\u00e9es par des murailles de pierre au XIII\u00e8me si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n<p>La famille de Blaisy en fut la prem\u00e8re propri\u00e9taire.&nbsp;Cette famille occupa la baronnie de Mauvilly de 1317 \u00e0 1539. La chapelle (toujours consacr\u00e9e) fut construite pendant cette p\u00e9riode \u00e0 la fin du XV\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. Jusqu\u2019en 1756 le ch\u00e2teau resta dans la m\u00eame famille.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cette date,&nbsp;les&nbsp;Fevre de Gurgy ach\u00e8tent&nbsp;le ch\u00e2teau de Mauvilly, qui restera dans cette famille jusqu\u2019en 1893.<\/p>\n<p>De cette date jusqu\u2019en 1971 il passe entre&nbsp;diverses&nbsp;mains.<\/p>\n<p>La famille Hegner en est propri\u00e9taire depuis plus de 50 ans.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019inscription du ch\u00e2teau de Mauvilly au titre des Monuments Historiques a \u00e9t\u00e9 motiv\u00e9 par&nbsp;<i>\u00ab&nbsp;la permanence de l\u2019occupation du site depuis la p\u00e9riode&nbsp;m\u00e9di\u00e9vale et son int\u00e9ressante stratification historique t\u00e9moignant de l\u2019\u00e9volution du ch\u00e2teau m\u00e9di\u00e9val, de sa fonction d\u00e9fensive \u00e0 la transformation en r\u00e9sidence d\u2019agr\u00e9ment et domaine agricole \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque moderne&nbsp;\u00bb<\/i>.
